Executive Summary
With a formal education in control and aerospace engineering, I have spent my last 8 years building autonomous unmanned aerial systems (UAS), from agricultural drones in Brazil to European defense UAVs deployed in conflict zones. As a founding engineer at Harmattan AI, I helped build the first unicorn of the French defense ecosystem (see article).
I am now seeking a long-term partnership or high-impact freelance opportunities (status active) to apply this background to initiatives where engineering drives positive social or environmental impact.
Senior GNC Engineer | Founding Engineer
2024-04 — 2025-10GNC software, simulation infrastructure, and autonomy stack architecture for UAV programs. Responsibilities covered flight control design, hardware-in-the-loop testing, and embedded software development across multiple platforms.
Established the software development lifecycle and engineering processes from the ground up, including V-cycle, CI/CD, lab setup, and onboarding. Defined the technical hiring process and contributed to team growth during the company’s early scaling phase.
Fullstack Team Lead
2024-01 — 2024-04Engineering management of a cross-functional team delivering payment and access-control infrastructure for Paris 2024 Olympic Games venues. Responsibilities covered team operations, Agile process setup, and coordination across web and finance product areas.
Work included payment method integration and financial reconciliation systems, delivered under hard external deadlines.
Team Lead
2022-07 — 2023-12Engineering management of the autonomous flight team. Responsibilities covered roadmap ownership for ANAFI Ai and ANAFI UKR, team growth, SDLC standards for the embedded autonomy stack, and coordination with external contractors and AI startup partners.
Defined the technical hiring process and managed all engineering hiring decisions. Contributed to early autonomy stack design for the ANAFI UKR program.

2022-04 — 2022-07Technical leadership of the autonomous flight team during the ANAFI Ai deployment phase. Responsibilities covered roadmap coordination across engineering teams, quality oversight, and delivery of autonomy features for professional and industrial applications.
R&D Engineer
2019-01 — 2022-04R&D of autonomous flight capabilities for professional and defense UAVs. Responsibilities covered real-time obstacle avoidance, 3D environment reconstruction from stereo vision, and motion planning under dynamic flight constraints.
Work shipped on the ANAFI Ai, a professional drone platform for inspection, mapping, and security markets worldwide.
Embedded Systems Developer
2017-08 — 2018-09Embedded systems development for high-payload agricultural UAVs. Responsibilities covered sensor integration, flight control, electromechanical prototyping, and in-field flight testing.
Developed autonomous mission software for crop-dusting and biological dispensing operations. Established the team’s initial coding standards and software quality practices.

Engineering Intern
2017-03 — 2017-07Embedded systems internship focused on autopilot software porting and sensor integration for UAV platforms. System validation was conducted on real aircraft in field conditions.

2016-03 — 2016-09Sensor fusion for real-time position and velocity estimation on the Parrot Mambo. Developed and evaluated estimation algorithms for constrained embedded hardware, validated on the physical platform.

Research Intern
2015-05 — 2015-08Research internship in humanoid robotics at ISIR (CNRS/UPMC). Developed a C++ Gazebo simulation plugin and a Qt application for real-time contact force visualization on the iCub robot.
Integrated ROS and Gazebo middleware with the custom visualization tooling for use in ongoing robotics research.
