Alexandre Loeblein Heinen

I build autonomous machines and structure the creative teams around them. My experience has been with early-stage engineering, zero-to-one projects where the work demands the autonomy to figure out how the machine comes together and how they must behave. Since 2022 I have also structured teams of engineers to develop those systems.

The writing here grew out of that experience, and out of a wish to understand how these systems interact with the people who live with them. My technical notes, essays, chronicles, and fiction describe how the machines are designed and what they change for those around them.
